О мероприятии
Конференция будет состоять из:
— гостевой лекции
— пленарной сессии
— работы по секциям, которые будут выделены в зависимости от различных аспектов безопасности (защищенности) как цели права.
Лучшим авторам, которые будут определены Научным Комитетом, будет предоставлено бесплатное проживание!
Срок подачи заявок: 12 января 2015 г. (подача тезисов), 10 марта 2015 г. (полный текст научных работ). Все тезисы необходимо направлять на адрес: phdconference@tf.vu.lt.
Конференция будет проходить на английском языке, это также язык, на котором должны быть поданы тезисы и полные письменные работы.
Научные работы по итогам конференции будут опубликованы в специальном электронном издании.

SECURITY AS THE PURPOSE OF LAW

SUBJECT AND PARTICIPANTS
Personal safety and safety of groups of individuals as well as countries is one of main purposes of
legal regulation at various levels. The 3rd International Conference of PhD Students and Young
Researches is devoted to discuss on how this purpose is achieved and interacts with other goals oflegal regulation in different branches of law.
Security may be analysed from the perspective of single individual, group of individuals or communities and even states. Different theoretical and practical
problems maybe highlighted in this regard.
The aim of the conference is to reveal and thoroughly discuss security as the purpose of law from
different angles and to share experiences of different legal systems, also to foster academic
cooperation of PhD students and young researchers.
Target participants of this Conference are PhD students and young researchers of social sciences,
especially
with background in law. The papers on security can be presented from perspective of
public international law, international privat
e law, civil law, criminal law, social security and labourlaw, etc.
CONFERENCE STRUCTURE
The Conference will consist of
Guest lecture
Plenary session
Different sections concerning various aspects of security as the purpose of law. The sections
will be defined after the submission and acceptance of papers. The papers will be accepted
after review in the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
