Purpose of the conference: to develop new knowledge and to exchange scientific and practical experience between students and postgraduate students in economical, state-legal, social and other fields of knowledge. Objects of the conference: to assist and to promote scientific and research activities among the youth.

Participants of the conference are students, postgraduate students and doctoral candidates of Russian and international organizations.

Topics of the reports should match with the purpose and objectives of the conference. Collection of the best reports will be published. There is no participation fee. Application form and report abstracts must be submitted via e-mail until the 14^th of December 2016.

1.        Application form (see the form below) includes full name, place of study, faculty, year, information about research advisor, subject of report, selected subject of the conference, phone and e-mail. Application form should be in the text of the e-mail or attached to it.

2.        Report abstracts must be maximum 1 page long for students, 2 pages long for postgraduates, written in Microsoft Word and attached to the e-mail.

Requirements for layout of an abstract:

-           format of the page: A4;

-           margins: head and foot 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1 cm;

-           line spacing: 1.5;

-           first line indent: 1 cm;

-           footnotes: custom with automatic numeration;

-           font: Times New Roman 14;

-           letter spacing: custom.

No diagrams, pictures or tables must be used in a text.

3.        Application form and report abstracts must be in separate files in RTF format. They should be named like a surname of an author (if there is several authors, it is the first surname in alphabetical order), in the Roman characters. There should be 1 in the end of an application form (e.g. ivanov1) and 2 in the end of a report abstract (e.g. ivanov2).

4.        All this information must be sent to aforementioned e-mail of a corresponding subject, the same subject must be written as a subject of an e-mail. There should be only one application per e-mail.

Application form and report abstracts must be sent via e-mail only. Editorial staff has right to reject applications that are sent after the 14^th of December 2016, made in a wrong format or lack scientific novelty.

Foreign participants cover travel and living costs at their own expense. For accommodation assistance please contact the Organizers until the 16^th of December 2016.
