Is to build an effective platform for sharing experiences between researchers, educators and specialists, to discuss the organization of scientific researches and the implementation of innovations in the field of education. Within the conference we will set up the discussion and conduct the analysis of modern theory, practice, advanced experience in e-learning and distance learning technologies, implementation of a continuous educational and training system, integration of innovative educational technologies and pedagogy in order to ensure equal access of different socio-demographic groups to high-quality education.

conference procedure

The III International Scientific and Practical Conference «E-learning technologies: solutions, problems, prospects» will be held on April 23-24, 2019 in Siberian Transport University and provides an on-line translation of the Plenary Meeting, the conference events and the reports of conference participants; the real-time discussion of conference materials available at http://moodle2.stu.ru/course/view.php?id=2033; the publication of conference proceedings.

24.04.2019

1.     The masterclass «Arrangement of assessment in LMS Moodle».

2.     The work of conference participants within the key problem-thematic sessions.

Conditions of participation in the conference

Conference participants are invited to work on-line at http://moodle2.stu.ru/course/view.php?id=2033. The participation is free of charge. After the conference, each participant is given a Certificate of Attendance. By the end of our conference the Proceedings will be published with the indexing at Russian Index of Scientific Citation base (RISC) and assigning ISBN. Also the Conference Proceedings will be placed at Elibrary.ru.

Last date of Submission: 20^th April 2019. To take part in the conference you need to do followings:

1.    Fill in the Registration Form at http://moodle2.stu.ru/course/view.php?id=2033 . You should follow the steps: Registration – Participant Information card – Add Participant

2.    Submit paper and slide show (up to 15 slides) in *.pdf format. You should upload your paper and slideshow via the Registration Section with your Registration form.

Author Guidelines

1.    We do not accept previously published papers. Your paper should be checked for plagiarism (original text more 80%).

2.    Maximum size – up to 5 pages, for international authors – up to7 pages. Papers could be written in Russian or English languages.

3.    Paper Template:

²  Filename format: for paper (slideshow) – Author Surname with Initials, Title of the paper;

²  UDC index (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Italics, Left);

²  Author's Initials, Surname (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Italics, Right);

²  Title of the Paper (Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold, All Caps, Centered);

²  Abstract - no more 5 lines (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Justified);

²  Key words – up to 10 words (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Italics, Justified);

²  Paper text (Times New Roman, 14 pt, line spacing – 1,5, paragraph indention – 1,25 см, margins – 2 см, file type – MS Word, text formatting – justified. Tables: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Table name - Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold, left. Figures:  MS Word format, grouped within pages margins, Figure number and title appear below the figure, Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold, Centered: Fig.1 - Figure Title.
