April 9-12, 2019 the Lomonosov Moscow State University will host the International Congress of Young Scientists.

The objectives of the Congress are: the development of the International League of Young Scientists - an open system of interaction of intellectual youth from different countries of the world, discussion and implementation of modern formats of international scientific cooperation, the presentation and launch of joint international projects and start-ups.

The main themes of the work of the Congress will be:

- presentation of international youth projects and initiatives in the framework of the activities of the International League of Young Scientists;

- discussion of the main current areas of work of the International League of Young Scientists;

- discussion of the organizational development of the International League of Young Scientists - opening of branches and representative offices in different countries, partnership with other organizations.

On April 11, a key event will be held at the Congress - an international discussion on the development of modern forms of cooperation between young people from different countries of the world.

Within the framework of the Congress, a traditional congress of the Russian Union of Student Organizations (RUSO) will be held, the purpose of which is to present and launch projects in the area of creating an effective system of personnel training and involving young people in the process of modernization and innovative development of Russia.

On April 12, elections of a new Presidium of the Russian Union of Student Organizations will be held.

To participate in the Congress, you must submit an application through the electronic registration system until March 29. The application must specify the events in which it is planned to take part - the International Congress of Young Scientists and / or the Congress of the RUSO.

Accommodation and the Congress program are provided by the host. Payment for travel of participants from the place of work / study to the venue of the event and back is provided by the sending party. Arrival - April 8-9, 2019, departure - April 12-13, 2019.
