About
The PIYLF is the first international platform for young generation to discuss a wide range of issues related to labor, employment, human capital and human resource management with all parties concerned – government, business, science, trade union, non-profit organization and education representatives.
The major goal of the Forum is to strengthen the role of young specialists in
discussions on resolving modern problems and new challenges in the sphere of
youth labor.
The topic of the forum is Generation of Change: Balance of Work and Life.
The architecture of the Forum program includes the main directions:
Tracks allow youth to take part in master-classes, trainings and expert discussions.
The Lecture Hall gives a unique chance to attend a lecture of a world-famous scientist and participate in a question-and-answer session.
The Scientific Сonference "Work-life Balance of the youth in an age of change" invites students and young scientists undertaking research on labor to make academic reports; the best works will be published.
The Career Day provides opportunities for direct communication between young people and employers.
2 forms of participation are envisaged:
Please note that the format of the Forum is full-time (SPBU campus «Mikhailovskaya Dacha»), but changes are possible depending on the epidemiological situation.

1. Participant without a report (it is necessary to submit an application on the Forum website until April 12 2021 inclusive).
2. Participant with a report for the Scientific Conference (it is necessary to submit an application with an abstract on the Forum website until March 14 2021 inclusive and send the abstracts to conference.piylf@spbu.ru). The Scientific Conference participants also have an opportunity to attend other venues of the Forum.
