V International Scientific Conference "Federalism in Contemporary Public Law".

About
International Scientific Conference "Federalism in Contemporary Public Law"(hereinafter referred to as "the Conference", FCPL-2022) will be held on November 7-18, 2022 at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Lomonosov MSU) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).

The Conference is hybrid, i.e. implies both in-person and online participation. All sections will be streamed on YouTube.

The Conference is open to:
- undergraduate students;
- graduate students;
- postgraduate students;
- young scientists;
- current researchers;
- professors.

Conference working languages: Russian, English.
 
An electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant who has personally participated in the Conference sessions.

Sessions:
- "History and Theory of Federalism";
- "Theory and Practice of Soviet Federalism: Towards the Centenary of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics";
- "Comparative federalism";
- "Federalism and local self-government in Russia - dormant institutions (?): to the tenth anniversary of A.A. Zakharov's book";
- "Federalism in law and practice";
- "Fiscal federalism";
- "European and Eurasian integration".

Panel discussions: 
- "Federalism and territorial crises";
- "Prospects for federalism in the contemporary world". 

Requirements for the research paper:
- The work has not been previously published and has scientific novelty;
- Office Word text file;
- 12 Times New Roman font;
- Single line spacing;
- Citation style Vancouver, paginated numbering under the main text;
- The work should contain the title (title of the topic);
- Articles should not be fewer than 2,000 words and should not exceed 10,000 words; 
- Originality: 70% or more;
- The bibliography is not provided at the end of the work.

Please note! In case of non-compliance with the established rules (incomplete data about the author, exceeding the established volume of the papers, etc.) the Organising Committee may refuse the participation in the Conference without giving an explanation.

Co-authorship is allowed.

Any participant of the Conference may attend any session as a listener.

Cost of participation

Participation in the Conference is free of charge.
 
Costs related to travel to Moscow, accommodation and meals will be reimbursed by the sending side. 
Please note: The Organising Committee will not assist in booking accommodation.
