About
The First International Forum of Russian-Speaking Science and Technology Professionals 2012 will welcome its participants in the “Silicon Fen” of Cambridge on 10th & 11th March 2012.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the global Russian-speaking community to meet and discuss the science and technological landscape of Russia and to integrate with its process of modernisation.
The aims of the Forum are:
Present an up-to-date overview of the science and technology industry in Russia from leading experts: academics, policy-makers, practitioners and entrepreneurs.
Connect with the Russian-speaking SciTech community abroad and to explore potential areas of cooperation, and to engage in the process of revitalising scientific and technological platforms in Russia.
Review examples of successful collaborations and international research centres, share experiences and identify critical success factors.
Offer excellent networking opportunities for participants to meet potential partners, investors and collaborators to discuss new project ideas as well as connecting with fellow professionals.
Address the most important issues of the future of science and technology in Russia and prioritise areas for further research and development via open debate and participation.
