PURPOSE OF THE CONFERENCE

generalization of developments domestic and foreign experts on issues implementation of public administration and development of of proposals for its perfection

THE MAIN THEMATIC DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE

1. Theoretical and legal aspects of the modernization of public administration.

2. Power decentralization and reform of local government.

3. Personnel policy of the state in public managment, education and skills development in terms of European integration.

4. Socio-economic problems of management of regional development and the state.

10:00 - 10:30 - Opening of the conference

10:30 - 13:00 - Plenary Session

13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch break

14:00 - 17:00 - sectional meetings, summing up the conference. 

17:00 - 18:00 - excursion

18:00 - dinner 

Departure of participants.

For participation in the conference is necessary to 15 of November 2015 to send in electronic form:

1) application for participation in the conference,

2) abstracts of report, designed according to the established requirements,

3) a scanned copy of the payment receipt of the registration fee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE REPORT

• The name of file should correspond to names of the participant Latin (eg., Ivanov_Zayava; Ivanov_Tezy; Ivanov_Oplata);

• text executed in Microsoft Word 2003 and above for Windows.

Note

Receipt of the report and requests to participate must be necessarily confirmed our message to the specified email address. 

In the case of non-receipt of such confirmation within days please contact the Organizing Committee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS 

Ø  The reportmust bemade oncurrent issues,contain the results ofin-depthresearch, which meets the requirements.

Ø  Volume - up to 5 pages, text editor - Microsoft Word, format page A-5 orientation - portrait, margins - 25 mm; Headset - Time New Roman, font size - 11, line spacing - 1.0 style - Normal.

Ø  The first line - surname, name and patronymic (in full).

Ø  Second - job (teaching) position, scientific degree, academic rank.

Ø  Third -report title(in capitalletters).

Ø  Following is the textof the reportof theindentationof 1.25cm.References inthe textare drawnin square brackets- [3, p. 54],where the firstnumber ison the listof sources used, the second - the page number.

Ø  REFERENCESplacedat the end ofthe textshould bedecoratedaccording to the standardsof bibliographic description(seeForm.:23, approved by HAC ofUkraineonMarch 3, 2008№147).

The registration fee for participation in the conference is 200 USD. Doctorate, participating in the conference alone, representatives of other State do not pay the registration fee.

- in hotels (on desire a conference participant).

On the need to booking of places of hostel (hotel), please report no later than 5 days before the conference.
