We hereby invite you to The XIV International scientific-practical conference "Criminal Law: development strategy in the XXI century", which will be held 26-27 January 2017 at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

During the conference the following issues will be discussed:

·               Problems of formation of the modern Criminal Law policy;

·               Quality of Criminal Law and ways to improve it;

·               Status and tendencies of the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation;

·               The Criminal Law in the national law;

·               Evolution of Criminal legislation of the Russian Federation and legislative technique;

·               Social challenges and Criminal Law;

·               Criminally - legal means of ensuring the security and counter - terrorism;

·               Criminally - legal protection of minors;

·               Criminally - legal protection of human health and the health of the population;

·               Actual problems of the criminal law of foreign countries.

It is planned to publish materials before holding the conference.

Speeches (with due quality and relevance to the conference topics) will be accepted for publication with the following formal requirements:

1.             The text should be typed in the format of Microsoft Word: font - Times New Roman; size - 14 pt; alignment - in width, indention - 1.25 cm; line spacing - one and a half; field: left - 2.5 cm, right - 1 cm, the upper and lower - 2 cm; paged footnotes; automatic hyphenation; numbering top of the page (in the middle);

2.             The text must be accompanied by information about the author (name, academic degree, academic rank, position, place of work, e-mail). Publications made by students will not be accepted for publication;

3.             The volume of the material to be publishedshould not exceed 5 (five) pages.

The Conference shall begin its work on 26 January 2017 at 11 hours 00 minutes at the KUTAFIN MOSCOW STATE LAW UNIVERSITY (MSAL), located at: Russian Federation, Moscow, Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya, 9 (nearest subway station – Barrikadnaya).

Registration of participants will start at 10 hours 00 minutes.

Travel and accommodation during the conference should be organized and paid by the participants themselves.
