Submission of proposals

The two categories for proposals are individual papers and posters.

Individual papers last a total of 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion). Please note that the time limit will be strictly adhered to. Virtual papers are also welcome, and will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.

A block of time in the conference program will be designated for poster sessions. Posters may be any size up to a maximum of A1 (594mm x 840mm) or equivalent made up of separate sheets.

Proposals for individual papers and posters will be evaluated by the Program Committee in terms of quality of content, significance, originality and thematic relevance. Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in “Procedia – Social and Behavioral Sciences” indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (http://www.journals.elsevier.com/procedia-social-and-behavioral-sciences/).

The name of the attached file and the subject of the mail must be as follows: “author’s surname_ Procedia”' (e.g. Smith_ Procedia.doc).
