The Communication in Multicultural Society Conference will be hosted by the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute), a regionally distributed scientific and educational network with branches in all regions of the Russian Federation, where nuclear production units are located. It was created during the Second World War with the support of the distinguished physicists of that time for the purpose of strengthening the defense capacity of Russia.

Moscow enjoys excellent links with the rest of the world through a full communications network.

There are three international airports that connect Moscow by air with almost any place of the world: Sheremetyevo (https://www.aeroexpress.ru/en/sheremetyevo.html), Domodedovo (https://www.aeroexpress.ru/en/domodedovo.html) and Vnukovo (https://www.aeroexpress.ru/en/vnukovo.html), which are located in different parts of the city.

Under the current immigration law of the Russian Federation citizens of most countries require to get a visa in advance to enter the Russian Federation. Russian visas are granted by the diplomatic mission or consulate of the Russian Federation on the basis of an invitation to enter the Russian Federation, issued by the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
