About

The Conference took place in Krasnoyarsk in November 14-15, 2019.

The purpose of the Conference is to share the results and prospects of the achievements in using advanced high-tech chemical, biological and information technologies in agriculture and agribusiness, in the fields of energy, chemical, environmental, oil and gas engineering, mining and soil treatment technologies, as well as in modern areas of biodiversity and ecosystem stability research.

The Conference “AGRITECH II-2019” was jointly organised by the International and Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations (Moscow, Russia), Krasnoyarsk Regional Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations, Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall and Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.

The Program Committee and Editorial Board included prominent professors and scientists from the Russian Academy of Sciences, University of Maribor (Slovenia), Xingtai University (China), Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany), Siberian Federal University (Russia), Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology (Russia), Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University (Russia) as well as specialists from Russian and foreign leading industrial enterprises.

A wide range of fundamental and applied problems in various biological and agri-technological systems has undergone consideration during the meeting.

The Conference was organised in 6 main directions:

·                     Agribusiness, Economics and Organization of Agritech Engineering.

·                     Information Technologies, Automation Engineering and Digitization of Agriculture.

·                     Chemical, Ecological, Oil and Gas Engineering.

·                     Biological Technologies in Agriculture: from Molecules to Ecosystems.

·                     Environmental Engineering and Management, Mining and Soil Treatment Technology.

·                     Biodiversity and Ecosystem Stability.

Important Dates

o        The Conference will run from November 14, 2019 to November 15, 201

o        Registration is available from September23, 2019 to November 11, 2019 

o        Registration fees are to be paid before November 15, 2019

o        All corrections to the papers are accepted before November 11, 2019

Within a few days (3-4 days) of receiving your paper, we will email to you a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your paper is accepted, additional workshop and registration-specific information will be included in the letter.

All accepted papers are double-blind peer-reviewed and will be published in our online conference proceedings in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Sciences.

The Conference organized by the International and Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations, Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, Krasnoyarsk Regional Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations, Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall.

The Conference will take place in the Science and Technology City Hall which is located in the centre of Krasnoyarsk city, Russia.

The address is Uritskogo Street, 61.

Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall has always been the centre of scientific, technical and educational events of the city. Every year more than 20,000 people visit it to participate in all kinds of events like conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, lectures etc.

There are more than 30 resident companies in the building. The building has lecture halls, a big concert hall and 3 comfortable classrooms.

MAIN WORKSHOP ORGANISERS

The International Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations (Moscow, Russia) is an international public organization whose members include 10 national scientific and engineering associations of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as 35 professional societies and associations. The Union of Scientific and Research Associations and its associations, societies and associations are the successors of the Russian Technical Society, founded in 1866 on the initiative of leading scientists, engineers and major industrialists of Russia.

The Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations (Moscow, Russia) is a creative Union of public scientific, scientific, technical, engineering, economic associations that are legal entities, created on the basis of common creative professional interests of scientists, engineers and specialists for common goals and objectives.

The public institution "Krasnoyarsk Regional House of Science and Technology of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations" (Krasnoyarsk, Russia) is a non-profit organization whose main goal is the development of scientific and engineering activities; organization of the system of continuous additional education of children and adults, advanced training and professional retraining of specialists in various sectors of the economy and industry, medium and small business; creating favorable conditions for the exchange of scientific and technical ideas and developments, the promotion of modern achievements of science and technology, new technologies; development of social entrepreneurship.

Federal Research Center "Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences" unites eleven scientific organizations of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The strategic goal of the center is to develop fundamental and applied research related to space, information and biosphere technologies, to achieve and maintain leading competitive positions in these current areas of modern science. The Centre today is the optimal scientific and organizational structure for carrying out fundamental and applied works of a multi-, trans- and interdisciplinary nature, which allows to carry out research in the framework of government assignments, scientific grants and programs, to conduct work under contracts with enterprises of the real sector of the economy . The institutes integrated at the FIC KSC of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences have a unique joint research infrastructure, including the Center for Collective Use, a single land complex in Akademgorodok and highly professional staff that is designed to provide breakthrough research and practical developments in areas of strategic importance to the country.

Siberian Federal University (SibFU) was founded in 2006 by a merger of 5 most outstanding educational institutions in the region; this explains a range of training and research offered here. SibFU is a member of the national “Russian Academic Excellence Project” team. Today it is the biggest university in the Asian part of Russia whose student population together with the staff counts about 50,000 people. An annual intake makes 6,000 students who come to SibFU first and foremost seeking a quality education. The University has a lot to offer: up-to-date laboratory equipment, advanced training approaches, developed infrastructure, highly skilled faculty, graduates’ employability and colourful exciting students life. These features serve as reliable indicators of belonging to the ‘elite’ of Russian universities and a place where one can receive quality cross-subject background which involves a strong practical focus and close collaboration with industry and business. The partner institutes of the Workshop are Polytechnical Institute and Institute of Space and Information Technologies.

Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology (Reshetnev University), founded in 1960 as a unique higher educational institution where theoretical training is combined with practice in hi-tech enterprises, currently is a contemporary multi-disciplinary higher school where specialists in such high-technology and innovative spheres as rocket and space production as well as computer sciences, international business, finance, management and humanities are trained. The University is named after academician Mikhail F. Reshetnev, an outstanding scientist, chief-constructor of space-rocket systems and communication satellites.  

Krasnoyarsk Regional Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations is an independent public association of scientific organizations, scientific and technical societies (regional associations), associations and other self-governing structures created for the professional interests of scientists and specialists. The purpose of the organization is to promote the socio-economic development of the region by organizing and participating in the implementation of various scientific and technical programs and projects.

Krasnoyarsk Branch of the Russian Engineering Union: the main purpose of the Russian Engineering Union is to formulate a strategy for the development of the industry, as well as to participate in the formation of mechanisms for an active state policy to support the national machine-building complex at the level of the leading industrialized countries. The union represents the interests of about three million workers in various fields of engineering. More than 300 delegates from 60 regions of the country took part in the Constituent Congress. Krasnoyarsk Branch unites the representatives of the leading machine building enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk region which is one of the leading Russian industrial territories.

Association for Engineering Education of Russia (Krasnoyarsk Department) was created in 2000, the Union pays great attention to training and retraining of engineering personnel in the field of instrument-making, information and telecommunication technologies. The Committee on Education within the structure of the Union actively works with one of the founders – Moscow branch of State-Public Fund of support of compatriots abroad "Russians". In alliance young professionals are actively involved in issues of promotion of domestic products to domestic and foreign markets. The Association is the member of number of international organisations: WA - Washington Accord, APEC Engineer Register, ENAEE - European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education, SEFI - Societe Europeenne pour la Formation des Ingenieurs, ESOEPЕ - European Standing Observatory for the Engineering Profession and Education, CESAER - Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research), IFEES – International Federation of Engineering Education Societies. The Association actively works with different engineering organizations: WFEO - World Federation of Engineering Organizations, FEANI - Federation Europeenne d'Associations Nationales d'Ingenieurs, IEA - The Engineers Australia, ECSA -Engineering Council of South Africa, ENQHEEI - European Network for Quality of Higher Engineering Education for Industry, IGIP - Internationale Gesellschaft fur Ingenieur Pеdagogik, Union of Young Scientists of Russia Technical Universities Association (Russia).

Registration fees

Participation in the conference is free.

The registration fee for foreign participants for publication in the series of conferences IOP: Earth and Environment Science (EES), indexed by Web of Science and Scopus, is 150 euros.

After filling out the registration form, we will contact you within 2-3 days after registration and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your document.

All articles are peer-reviewed.

Payment is made after notification of acceptance of the article.

The invoice will be sent to the author’s email address after reviewing.
