It is permitted to publish only reports with new scientific results not previously published anywhere (translation of an earlier published article in any other language is not allowed).
Non-original reports will be rejected.
Papers of only submitted reports are sent to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
A report is considered submitted if it is voiced and discussed during the conference.
At the end of the conference, peer-reviewed articles will be sent to the IEEE eXplore Digital Library.

In accordance with the Regulation of the NSO Government №. 437 dated October 26, 2021, in-person participation in APEIE 2021 is possible in the presence of:
a valid QR-code (hereinafter - QR code), confirming that the person received a vaccine against the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or had a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) over the past 6 months. The QR-code can be obtained with the use of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation (gosuslugi.ru) or with the use of a specialized application of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation "Gosuslugi. Stopcoronavirus"
or a paper COVID-19 vaccination certificate
or a negative PCR test for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), valid for 72 hours since the time of the testing
or a certificate, obtained from a medical organization, confirming that the person has had a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and less than 6 calendar months have passed since the date of recovery
or a certificate, obtained from a medical organization providing outpatient care, about the counterindications to vaccination against a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), certified by the attending physician and the head (deputy head) of the medical organization, with a negative PCR test for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), valid for 72 hours since the time of the testing
QR-code shall be presented by a person on an electronic device or on a paper carrier in a format that allows scanning it with a camera of a smartphone, tablet or other similar device.
